Bank Robber Dressed as Woman Detonates Bombs

BALTIMORE — A robber dressed as a woman detonated two bombs at a bank before fleeing and littering the street with money as he tried to escape, the FBI said. No one was injured in the blast Wednesday, and a suspect who had powder burns on his hands was arrested several blocks away.
