Israeli troops shot and wounded at leave five Palestinians in clashes in the occupied Gaza Strip, hospital officials said. The protests came as a Palestinian strike closed stores and curtailed traffic throughout the occupied West Bank and Gaza Strip. Dozens of Palestinians reportedly burned tires and hurled rocks at soldiers on Gaza City’s main commercial street.
