Mother Guilty of Killing Children While on Drugs

WASHINGTON — A mother has pleaded guilty to murdering her two small children and attempting to kill a third while under the influence of crack cocaine, a published report said Saturday.
Padrica Hill, 29, pleaded guilty Friday to one count of first-degree murder while armed, one count of second-degree murder while armed and one count of unarmed assault with intent to kill, the Washington Post reported.
