Bateman Eichler, Hill Richards, Los Angeles, has named David C. Brown Jr. executive vice president and manager of the trading division. He also has been appointed to the firm’s board and executive committee. Brown comes to Bateman Eichler from Paine Webber Capital Markets where he was managing director and a member of the board.
