HIGH SCHOOL ROUNDUP : Chaminade Girls Defeat Crossroads in Soccer, 4-0

Fiona Chaney scored three goals and Kayla Bryant added another as Chaminade High defeated Crossroads, 4-0, in a San Fernando Valley League girls’ soccer match Thursday at Crossroads.
Goalkeeper Kathy Regan recorded her 11th shutout for Chaminade (15-1-2 overall, 2-0-1 in league play).
In other girls’ soccer matches:
Alemany 3, Louisville 2--Susie Corelli, Robyn Renaud and Theresa Mazziotta scored for Alemany (9-5-2, 3-0) in a San Fernando Valley League match at home.
Notre Dame 12, St. Genevieve 0--Karen Ljubetic scored four goals for Notre Dame (7-9) in a nonleague match at St. Genevieve.
Royal 3, Camarillo 2--Margi Brown scored two goals to lead Royal (14-3-1, 3-1-1) in a Marmonte League match at Camarillo.
BOYS’ SOCCER
Royal 3, Camarillo 0--Matt Brinkman scored two goals and Steven Hambly recorded his sixth shutout to lead the Highlanders (16-2-1, 6-0) in a Marmonte League match at Royal.
WRESTLING
El Camino Real 68, Granada Hills 6--David Aparicio, Greg McMurray, Roy Steinbock, Saul Emard and Oren Avnery each recorded pins for host El Camino Real in a Valley League match.
