USC Planning School Receives $1 Million

William D. Foote, president of Southwest Diversified Partners, Irvine, and his wife, Elizabeth R. Foote, president of Grand Design, have donated $1 million to the USC School of Urban and Regional Planning.
The William D. and Elizabeth R. Foote Student Lounge will be part of Ralph and Goldy Lewis Hall, the new permanent home of the planning school.
