NYNEX Corp.: Net income for 1989 fell 39% to $807.6 million on revenue of $13.2 billion, an increase of 4% over 1988. The New York-based telecommunications company said the results reflected several fourth-quarter one-time charges totaling about $325 million after taxes. For that period, the company reported a net loss of $43.7 million, contrasted with profit of $342.2 million a year ago. Revenue for the quarter rose 6% to $3.4 billion.
