ROAD SHOW: Sunday’s Super Bowl halftime show will have an Orange County flavor. . . . Despie & Miziker Productions of Tustin is producing the event for the first time, though its partners, Dennis Despie and Ron Miziker, did several Super Bowl shows for Disney. Their innovations this year? Snoopy, rather than Mickey Mouse, as the central character and a stage that will grow into a 5-story, 120-foot showboat.
