“The Long Crusade” incorrectly stated that skinheads “strut about in heavy boots with steel toes, known as Doc Martens.” It is true that some do in fact wear Doctor Martens, but stating that skinheads strut about in these is like saying that anyone who wears the same type of clothes as Tom Metzger or his son, John, is indeed a blatant racist. Please don’t overlook the fact that someone in a business suit, or someone with long hair, can be racial. Because your whole article is about not judging a book by its cover, or a horse by its coat, don’t judge someone by the shoes they wear.
