Micronix Integrated Systems Inc., a computer chip and integrated circuits company, will relocate from Laguna Hills and occupy half of this two-story, 27,000-square-foot building in Aliso Viejo. Designed by the Irvine firm of Hastings Lundstrom Architects Inc., the building is located in Pacific Park, a 900-acre business, corporate and research park being developed by Mission Viejo Co.’s business properties division. Ground-breaking for the building is expected in the first quarter of this year.
