Student Has 2-Week D.C. Civics Lesson

Jennifer Macias, a student at San Gabriel Mission High School, was a recent participant in Presidential Classroom’s 1990 Senior High School Program in Washington, D.C.
The 316 students spent a week meeting with representatives of the executive, judicial and legislative branches of government and the military, the media, the diplomatic community, lobbyist organizations and businesses. Presidential Classroom is a nonprofit civic education organization.
