FHA Loan Official Named

WASHINGTON — LaVerne Ausman, head of the Farmers Home Administration, on Monday named Rachel Scioscia as deputy administrator for oversight of the agency’s farm and community loan programs. Scioscia is a former special assistant at the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
