Insurance commissioner candidate Conway Collis and Proposition 103 proponent Harvey Rosenfield believe the insurance companies are making too much profit and that policies should be written by the state (“Collis Ties Political Fortunes to Father of Proposition 103,” Part A, March 13).
They are on the right track.
The surest way to take the profit out of anything is for the government to run it.
