SUITE: The Newport Beach Four Seasons Hotel picked up the tab for Nancy Reagan’s one-night stay in the Presidential Suite before her visit here Wednesday (B2). . . . The last First Family member to stay there? President-elect George Bush in November, 1988. For the rest of us, the suite goes for $1,700 a night. . . . Nancy got a complimentary arrangement of white tuber roses from the management but no mini bar or mint on the pillow. And check out time is “always flexible,” says the hotel’s Cathy Weiss.
