Whirpool Forming Overseas Subsidiary

BENTON HARBOR, Mich. — Whirlpool Corp. said it is combining several units into one subsidiary that will handle marketing outside North America and Europe.
The new unit, Whirlpool Overseas Corp., will combine the company’s Benton Harbor-based export sales group with its overseas business group in Comerio, Italy.
