Peter Muller has resigned as director, president and chief operating officer of ACA Joe Inc., San Francisco. Mark Shulman has been elected president and director, with the understanding that he will become chief executive on June 19. Alice Lam will continue as chief executive until then and continue as a director and chairman thereafter.
