State of the Art Inc., an accounting software company, is moving its corporate headquarters from a 23,000-square-foot facility in Costa Mesa to a 71,000-square-foot building in the Irvine Spectrum. The company, which has been in business since 1981 and has 135 employees, expects to have the move completed by June 4. The new building provides office, product development, warehousing and shipping space.
