Orange County Arts Officials Raise $1,300 in Walk for AIDS

Several Orange County arts administrators raised $1,300 this week by taking part in the AIDS Walk Orange County, according to Michael Mudd, Huntington Beach’s cultural affairs manager, who organized the administrators’ effort.
Officials from such organizations as the Huntington Beach Arts Center, the Fullerton Museum Center, the Irvine Fine Arts Center and Poets Reading Inc. were among those who participated in the 10K walk through Irvine on Sunday.
The event raised $330,000 for AIDS research, education and patient care.
