Bob Mieszerski is being asked to do the impossible. I have been a horseplayer for over 50 years, and the toughest thing to do is pick one or two bets from any daily race card and win.

But Bob, you being a handicapper should know, you can’t win even when you win playing short-price horses. Select horses at least 4-1 or better. At least then you will show a profit when one does finally win.
