Enough of this triple betting--I’m starting to get two out of three races right in my dreams. It happened again Friday night, costing me $70.

Today, I will go head to chip against the computer on its turf in the ninth race. The last time I took it on, it won. It’s time to even the score: a $30 exacta from La Grande Affaire to Baldomero and a $20 exacta from La Grande Affaire to Edge Of Heaven in the ninth.

The computer’s magic touch on the turf seems to be negated by the effect of night racing. It lost $60 when its exactas failed in the seventh race. For today, it is challenging my ninth-race exactas with a $40 exacta, Decora to Baldomero, and a $20 exacta reversing the two.
