Ballpark Newspaper Vendor Missing

San Diego police are looking for a 51-year-old mentally retarded man who has been missing since last Friday.
Ronald G. Bruner, who sells newspapers at San Diego Padres games at San Diego Jack Murphy Stadium, was last seen by the manager of the downtown hotel where he lives, said police spokesman Bill Robinson.
Bruner is described as 5-foot-11, 120 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
His county social worker had been trying to reach Bruner for the past week.
“He walks up and down the aisles selling newspapers,” Robinson said. “Then, when he sells them all, the crowd applauds and he raises his hands in exultation.”
