SOS: Now there’s a plan to involve the business community in long-range funding of the county’s ailing trauma center system. . . . Local business and hospital leaders will meet Thursday for breakfast and a funding strategy session. So far more than 60 people have accepted the Orange County Trauma Society’s invitation. “We’re very excited,” said one society official. “We anticipated a core group, but this is a big core.” The group will be called Trauma 2000.
