Boise Cascade to Sell Vancouver Paper Mill

Boise, Idaho — Boise Cascade Corp. has agreed to sell its Vancouver, Wash. paper million the first major step toward dramatically reducing its Pacific Northwest pulp and paper operations.
Appleton Papers Inc., based in Appleton, Wis., will pay about $60 million for the mill and another $12 million for its finished goods inventories in the deal that should be completed by year’s end.
