Malibu : City Hall Opens Part Time

Although Malibu is not yet officially a city, its City Hall has opened for business on a part-time basis.
Interim City Manager Bruce Spragg and the five members of the unofficial City Council have offices in a two-story building at 23805 Stuart Ranch Road in Malibu’s main commercial area. Hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays, Spragg said. The phone number is 456-2489.
