Coup Plot Reportedly Uncovered in Guyana

GEORGETOWN, Guyana — Police on Friday said they uncovered a possible coup plot in Guyana and arrested 10 people, including a former army officer and a police official.
Few details were available about the alleged plot, which would be the second such conspiracy in less than 18 months in Guyana.
