Mubarak Visits Arabia

RIYADH, Saudi Arabia — Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak arrived Monday on an unscheduled visit to Saudi Arabia to inspect Egyptian troops stationed in the northeast area near the Saudi-Kuwaiti border, officials said. Mubarak is also expected to confer with King Fahd.
