Data General Corp.: The Westboro, Mass., computer concern said it lost $139.8 million for the fiscal year ended Sept. 29, including a major restructuring charge. In the prior year, it lost $119.7 million, also including a restructuring charge. Revenue was $1.22 billion, versus $1.31 billion in the year before. Data General lost $89.3 million in its fourth fiscal quarter, mainly due to a $71.7-million restructuring charge for a company-wide consolidation. During the same quarter last year, Data General had an $84.1-million loss, including an $80-million restructuring charge. Revenue was $308.5 million, down from $357.1 million a year earlier.
