Craig Smith has been appointed director of theme park operations at Disneyland, with responsibility for the management of attractions, restaurants and merchandise locations. He succeeds Bob Gault, who has been assigned to the company’s Euro Disney theme park under construction near Paris. Smith, who most recently was director of human resources, West Coast, has been with Disney since 1968.
