Rick Shikai has joined the Costa Mesa office of Frank B. Hall & Co. Inc. as vice president of Japanese business development for the Pacific region. He will be responsible for Japanese corporate insurance development. Shikai was formerly an account executive for Johnson & Higgins’ Northwest region, and prior to that spent eight years as vice president/account executive with Republic, Hogg, Robinson.
