* Robert F. Aldrich has been appointed president of Pacific Scientific Co.’s Fisher Pierce division in Weymouth, Mass., which manufactures outdoor lighting controls. He succeeds Charles L. Perry, who recently resigned. Aldrich was formerly vice president of the company’s HTL/Kin-Tech division. Before joining the Newport Beach company, he was president of Frayer Corp., a management consulting firm.
