East L.A. College Receives $259,000 Grant

East Los Angeles College has received $259,759 from the U.S. Office of Education for the Disabled Student Program and the Advancement Studies Institute.
The disabled program helps physically and learning disabled students with learning skills, counseling and computers. Advancement Studies assists students with the English language.
