So Little Respect Recently for S. Pasadena Police Dept.

It seems to me that we are truly headed for chaos when we have to investigate our own Police Department to clear up questions regarding public disturbances (Times, Oct. 18.) It’s about time that someone stand up for our beleaguered policemen and women.
We have lived in South Pasadena for 26 years and have had our share of exposure to our Police Department. The protection, concern, consideration and general deportment we have seen have convinced us that we are extremely lucky to have this fine staff caring for our community. We are embarrassed and chagrined for our city that we have shown our police so little regard and respect these past few months.
