A Jamul resident was killed and another injured in a head-on accident on a narrow portion of California 94 Saturday morning
Charles Davis, 67, was driving east on 94 east of Singer Lane about 10:45 a.m. when his auto crossed the center line and collided with a car driven by Allen Dibelka, 39, according to a California Highway Patrol spokesman.
Davis was taken to Mercy Hospital, where he was reported in stable condition with moderate injuries. Dibelka was declared dead at the scene.
