More Musical Chairs: Two first-year CBS comedies will be exchanging time periods in an effort to improve their ratings, the network said Wednesday. “Uncle Buck,” now seen Mondays at 8 p.m., will move to Fridays at 8 p.m., beginning Nov. 16. “Evening Shade,” which stars Burt Reynolds, Charles Durning and Hal Holbrook, will take over the Monday slot Nov. 19.
