Thompson Development Appoints Executive VP to President’s Post

Michael Rafferty has been named president of Kathryn G. Thompson Development Co.
He succeeds Kathryn Thompson, who remains chairman and chief executive of the Aliso Viejo-based home building firm.
Rafferty, who had been executive vice president of operations since 1987, is responsible for overseeing site planning, product development and daily operations.
Before joining the company, he was director of residential construction for the Mission Viejo Co.
