Charles Barrett has joined Guttman & Pam Ltd. as president of the television division at the Beverly Hills-based public relations and marketing company. Barrett was for more than 10 years a publicity executive at NBC, where he was network press spokesman for Johnny Carson, Ed McMahon and “The Tonight Show.”
