An auction offering 23 new contemporary townhouses in Calabasas will be conducted at 3 p.m. Nov. 25 at the Warner Center Hilton in Woodland Hills.
Minimum bids have been set at $150,000, reflecting major discounts for homes previously priced from $250,000 to $349,000.
The tree-level units are situated in a rural, hilly setting at 5340 Las Virgenes Road in Calabasas. Floor plans include two to four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, two-car garages, private balconies and fireplaces.

Malibu Home Sites
An auction of 41 home sites in Malibu is planned Nov. 25 at 2 p.m. in the Marriott Hotel, Woodland Hills.
