SAN DIEGO — The Ladies of the Evening, an all-women, stand-up comedy revue, will take the stage tonight at the Westwood Club, 17394 West Bernardo Drive, to poke fun at relationships, family and life’s little frustrations.
The group includes Karen Rontowski, a recent runner-up in the “Funniest Person in San Diego” contest; Kathy Foley, a flight attendant who bills herself as “the air bag,” and Anita Milner, a 54-year-old Escondido attorney who uses comedy as a release from job stress. The evening also includes Comedy Store worker Lorian Elbert, Jere Evans who performs regularly in Los Angeles, and desktop publisher Betsy Mill.
Ticket information for the 8 p.m. show is available by calling 485-6300. No children under 16 will be admitted.
