The Anaheim Police Department today will receive 65 bags of toys for “Project Cuddle,” a program to help children involved in traumatic situations.
The toys will be presented by former Orangewood foster child B. Jay Magnusen, 4, and his mother, founder of the national Project Cuddle, Debbe Magnusen, and by Laura Carno, manager of Household Bank.
The toy bags are carried in patrol cars to be offered by officers to children in crises.
