Safe Sex Pitch: A public-service announcement urging couples to use condoms for safer sex and AIDS prevention, which was refused by several television networks, will be tagged onto the beginning of at least one film in the video market. The spot will appear at the start of the tape of “Longtime Companion,” a film that chronicled the emergence of AIDS during the ‘80s among a group of New Yorkers.
