Man Stabbed While on Walk

A man was stabbed several times at 5:40 p.m. Thursday while walking in the canyon area in the 3800 block of Winona Avenue, police said.
Kevin Jackson, 31, was taken to Mercy Hospital after being stabbed numerous times by two men, police said. Hospital officials said Jackson’s injuries were serious but not life-threatening.
No suspects were apprehended in the incident, police said.
