Richard Boxall and Mark James, a British team seeking its nation’s first title in the World Cup of Golf, hold a one-stroke lead at 12-under-par 276 midway through the 72-hole, $1.1-million tournament at Grand Cypress Resort at Orlando, Fla.
Boxall shot a 69 for a 137 total and James shot a 71 for a 139. Spain’s Jose Rivero (67) and Miguel Angel Jimenez (73) were second at 277, and the U.S. team of Payne Stewart (68) and Jodie Mudd (72) was third at 278.
