Debate Over U.S. Policy in Persian Gulf

We’re asking hundreds of thousands of American men and women to risk their lives in defense of a regime in Saudi Arabia that advises husbands to divorce their “infidel” wives for driving the family car. In effect, we are perpetuating the enslavement of Arab women to the tune of $4 million per hour.
The silence of American women’s rights activists in this matter is deafening.
