Libya, Chad Suspend Talks on Border Dispute

N'DJAMENA, Chad — Libya has suspended talks with Chad over a longstanding border dispute that triggered a war between the two countries, Chadian government sources said Saturday.
Libya and Chad, after battling for 15 years over the disputed land, agreed to a truce in 1987 but have since accused each other of bad faith in talks to resolve the dispute.
