Temple Concludes Successful Season, 29-10

NEWTON, Mass. — Bob Wright kicked five field goals, including two during a 13-point surge late in the first half, as Temple ended its most successful season in 11 years with a 29-10 victory over Boston College on Saturday.
Wright kicked field goals of 27, 35, 37, 38 and 49 yards to help Temple finish 7-4.
The Owls, rebounding from a 1-10 record in 1989, posted their first winning season since 1984 and their best record since finishing 10-2 in 1979.
Boston College finished 4-7.
