A San Diego man was shot once in the lower left leg by another man Sunday in what police believe to be a drug-related incident.
Arturo Villa, 29, was admitted to San Diego General Hospital in stable condition after the incident which took place at 3:36 p.m. at 17th and Market Streets, police said.
