Not-So-Late Night: NBC’s late-night anti-hero, David Letterman, will dabble in prime time--as a producer. NBC confirmed Wednesday that Letterman has a comedy pilot in the “early stages of development” for New World Television. The show will star comedian Jeff Altman as one of a pair of “odd” brothers. Letterman would serve as executive producer along with Bob Bendetson.
