West Covina : Recruitment Firm Selected

The City Council on Monday selected a Sacramento recruitment firm to search for a new city manager.
Shannon & Associates was chosen from a list of five firms. The company estimates that it will take about four months to complete the search and screening process.
Former City Manager Herman R. Fast retired Sept. 30. The council appointed City Engineer Harry Thomas as interim city manager.
