The cost of 17 miles of Metro Rail has spiraled $538 million over its $3.3 billion price tag! Isn’t there anyone besides me that agrees with Supervisor Pete Schabarum on privatization of mass transit in the Los Angeles area?
After seeing the beautiful and efficient subway system in Hong Kong, built and operated with private funds, I am more convinced than ever!
