TRAFFIC BASH: Dana Reed, chairman of the County Transportation Commission, is so ecstatic over the new county transportation tax that he’s planning a huge celebration Dec. 13 in his Corona del Mar back yard. . . . He’s invited 300 people, including a Who’s Who of tax campaign backers, such as Disney President Michael Eisner and Irvine Co. owner Donald Bren. . . .
